Welcome to the New Year. This is the time....this is the day....this is the year! Your miracle has already begun because you've been blessed with another day of life. Each day is a miracle, but we just don't always recognize it as such because our physical limitations, our emotional pain, our burdens, worries and troubles.....cloud our minds and occupy our thoughts, but your miracle began the very minute you opened your eyes this morning. May every minute of this new year be one where we recognize and give thanks for, first and foremost, the gift of life....and may we be strengthened and empowered each day to use this gift of life to improve our health and well-being. One hour...one day....one meal....one thought at a time.....may we walk in faith and gratitude in knowing that our MIRACLE (however we want to define it) has already happened and will continue to be manifested each day. Keep on believing and Keep on saying "THANK YOU, GOD!"
