There is no doubt that that big cream-filled donut, apple Danish, or gooey, frosting covered cinnamon roll looks good. Absolutely it does, and very likely, it tastes as good as it looks. But trust me.... I know.... that it cannot possibly taste as good as it feels to be in control....to move that belt a notch over....or zip those once-too-tight pants up effortlessly. Don't give in to the temptation for something that is only going to last for a few minutes.....instead.....focus on how you will feel for a life-time.
