Here is a great list of foods that you can eat with very little guilt. It doesn't mean that there are not calories in these fruits and vegetables, but it takes more calories to digest and process these foods than what the food actually contains. SO...go ahead...eat and enjoy....without the guilt. Not only are these delicious....and in season here in Michigan...but they are delicious as well!
