Wow...what a treacherous drive into work today. The roads are coated with ice, sleet, freezing rain and snow. All of the area schools are closed, but the college is open. On my trip into work, I was reflecting on how similar my personal weight loss journey is very similar to my drive to work in winter conditions. Click my video to hear how they relate!
