I can relate so much to your story! I have always had a problem with my weight and I too weighed over 400 pounds at one time. I fought having the bariatric surgery for a long time, trying to do it on my own. I finally gave in and had it done. It was great at first and I lost a lot of weight, but eventually I started to slowly gain some of it back. You see, I had not taken care of the most important thing. The way I thought about things. The mental part of why I ate to begin with. Anyway, I just read your post from 3-2-13 about your flight to NYC and what you said near the end about the sunshine in the plane and about "Rising above it" really hit home with me. You write beautifully by the way! What you said inspired me to continue on with my journey. I have come a long way from where I was, but I need to move forward now with the rest of my life, and thanks to your encouraging story I think I will do just that! Thanks again and keep on writing!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02751302079211405188noreply@blogger.com
